Profile Information

Graduate School of Economics and Management is the largest institute of Ural Federal University. It combines fundamental education and practical application of gained knowledge.

GSEM is an acclaimed center for training specialists in economics and management that operates for the benefit of socio-economic development of the Ural Federal District and biggest employers in postindustrial sectors of national economy.

Graduate School of Economics and Management comprises today 7 faculties, more than 4000 students, 50 PhD candidates and 6000 lecturers, among them 288 PhD and 83 doctorate holders.

GSEM UrFU is the largest regional research center in the field of fundamental studies in economics and management and engineering economics studies.

 In 2011 GSEM UrFU became a member of European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) which unites over 750 member organizations from academia, business, public service and consultancy in 81 countries. Nowadays, GSEM prepares its Bachelor Program in International Economics and Business for EPAS accreditation (European Program Accreditation System).
