Integrating type analog-to-digital converter for measuring small electric signals includes input (1), key element (4), resistors (7, 8, 12), operational amplifier (9), capacitor (10), comparator (40), timing and control unit (39) comparison level source (41), discharge current source (19) on/off unit, integrator capacity discharge current source (16), balancing resistor (14), memory capacitor (15), key element (76), diode-resistive circuit of charge (60), which includes sources of voltage E1, E2, resistors (22), (25), diodes (23), (24), unit of key elements (26). Analog-to-digital converter also includes encoding unit (42) which contains oscillator (44), an AND logic circuit (47), counter (50), and output (54) is an analogue-to-digital converter output. EFFECT: reduced relative error of integrating type analog-to-digital nonlinear converter with two-stroke transformation.
