By that, they have a determining influence on the technical systems used in space technologies, radio communication, power industry, etc., as well as the Earth's climate and weather. That's why they are real sources of man-made and climate challenges. In this connection, it is necessary to develop scientifically substantiated technologies for the monitoring and forecasting of these challenges by establishing a heliogeophysical analysis, simulation and forecasting center
