Downshifting in capitalist society can be interpreted as the behavior of down - mentally retarded individual. In the socialist revolutions of the "fourth estate" as revolutions of the movement forward and upwards, the struggle of mature conscious people for the rights of the working and exploited people comes to the fore. The Declaration of the rights of the working people is one of the first legislative acts of the young Soviet socialist Republic. In terms of the revival of socialism downshifting will be remembered as the story of Soviet dystopia "Hour of the Bull," where on the planet of rotten capitalism degraded escaped from the cities downshifting a lot of people disintegrating in the ruins of industrial civilization.
