The purpose of the work is to analyze corporate activities as one of the effective tools of non-material stimulation of personnel and maintaining the image of a successful company. This intense is determined by the relevance of the problem caused by the need to form a certain system of special events (event), to identify its main parameters and criteria in accordance with the requirements of firms (companies), as well as the accumulated domestic and foreign experience of their organization and carrying out. The objectives of the study are to determine the role of events in building communication and other kinds of interactions of people in different areas of their joint activities; in regulating interpersonal and group relations. The method of studying the problem is, first of all, a systemic approach. According to it, ivents are an integral part of corporate culture; contribute to the formation and diagnosis of the culture of the organization.
