With use of simulation solutions the sorption properties of a number of promising cation-exchange resins have been studied concerning a processing technology of an irradiated uranium target to isolate and purify molybdenum-99. A possible of a replacement of the basic nonorganic sorbate «Termoksid T-5» by cation-exchange resin at the second stage of end product concentration.
