Abstract

Changes in a sphere of higher education in Russia are considered in the article. An analysis of world experience of attraction of foreign specialists is conducted. A brief review of laws of the Russian Federation focused on innovative activity of universities and methods of their implementation is represented. Specifics of leading world ratings are shown. Information about participation of Russian universities in ratings including a world one is given. Experience of The Ural Federal University in solving problems of integration between education and fundamental science is considered.
