A concept of simultaneously usage of a band by main and secondary users was offered. The concept is based on the secondary usage of a band, at which the primary user signal is significantly non-Gaussian process with relatively stable characteristics. The possibility of using the concept was considered with regard to sound channel of analog TV broadcast. Justification is given for the receive algorithm of the secondary signal on the background of the primary. A dependence of the error probability from the transmission rate in the secondary network was investigated by seminatural simulation in Matlab. As a signal of the primary user is considered a real signal in the sound channel of a selected analog TV program. The results shows, that the TV sound band can be used simultaneously on the main purpose and for data transmission by secondary users. In this case, interference from secondary signals on the reception of a TV programs is almost no.
