The problem of social management is shaped in a modern paradigm: the idea of an autonomous subject constructing reality is born. This subject is trying to conquer not only the natural world, but also to subordinate social structures, directing its actions to the same subjects as he. Social action, which is basically human existence, becomes a dictate for the unconscious drives of the individual. Id is not always amenable to the rational management of the human Ego. Id builds the individuality of the subject, while trying to avoid dictatorship in the form of rationalization and reflection, which inevitably lead to the emergence of power discourse. Expressing his subjectivity, a person is forced to submit to the structures of social management, a conflict arises, since these structures have a fundamentally different nature. Classical psychoanalysis interprets the possibility of the realization Id’s desires through rationalization emanating from the Ego, embedding uniqueness in a socially approved order, Super-Ego. The Super-Ego creates socially approved patterns of the realization of the unconscious desires, which are signified by Ego. It is Ego that allows human being to reconcile Id and the Super-Ego by harmonizing the symbolic and the real, building human subjectivity, which has flexibility and mobility in the structures of sociality.
