КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНЫЕ ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ МОДЕЛИ «ТРОЙНОЙ СПИРАЛИ»

The aim of the article is to highlight some conceptual, theoretical and methodological aspects of using the triple helix model for the Russian economic reality. The relevance of the study dues to the needs of social and economic modernization, and in particular of the industrial production until it comes up to a technological level that could be achieved by innovative technological competitiveness of the real economy on world markets, which in turn requires updating of methodological tools. The subjects of research are the peculiarities of the institutional interaction between the three actors of the model. Author uses the methodology of statistical, comparative, and cause-and-effect analysis.
