SUPPRESSION COEFFICIENT AS A GENERALIZED ENERGY SUPPRESSION CRITERION FOR INCOHERENT RADAR SYSTEMS

Abstract

This paper considers the concept of the suppression coefficient and its further use as a generalized energy criterion capable of assessing the quality of a masking signal to suppress radar systems for various purposes. Particular attention is paid to the methodology for determining the suppression coefficient of radar systems with post-detector accumulation under interference conditions. As a result of the study, the expressions required for its calculation are given.
