Abstract
The subject of the study is such a type of financial consulting as a credit brokerage. The purpose of the study is to analyze different opinions about the essence of credit brokerage, as well as different opinions about the need for this institution, its usefulness and relevance. Today we can say that the institution of credit brokerage is developing, and is necessary. Although, there are no provisions on credit brokerage in Russian legislation, which significantly complicates the control of such activities and the persons who carry them out.
