Abstract
A method for the description of climate processes, taking into account the unsteadiness of their statistical properties is offered. According to measurements an analysis of the changes in the intensity of solar radiation, ambient temperature and wind speed carried out. Based on a combination of additive and multiplicative statistical models the behavior of the investigated climate processes describe. The analysis of the residue after the deterministic components exclusion is made.
