The article is dedicated to the study of implicit theories of psychology students in correlation with their learning and achievement motivation. The students who believe that intelligence is malleable and the students who believe that intelligence is fixed, differ from each other from the motivational point of view. There are also two types of implicit theories of personality to which special attention is paid: incremental theory and entity theory.
