Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the phenomenon of organizational vandalism in the framework of the concept of affective labor, and to show the possibilities of this approach to identify resource opportunities for situations of vandal behavior in the organization. The author gives an idea of the advantages of the methodology of affective labor for the theory and practice of management; describes the phenomenon of negative affective labor and its relationship with vandal practices in the organization; offers solutions to work with situations of organizational vandalism from the point of view of its affective content.
