Abstract

The article considers the problems of the financial sphere of housing and communal services and the efficiency of its activities. The directions of evaluation of the effectiveness of using budget funds are analyzed. The main directions of financing housing and public utilities and the tasks that must be undertaken to achieve financial efficiency of these enterprises are identified.
