In article questions of formation of model of cooperation of higher education institution and employers on the example of training of specialists for the sphere of the public youth policy allowing to increase quality of training of experts are considered. In article the expediency of realization of capacity of employers and graduates is proved, interaction mechanisms are considered, cooperation of Organization of Work with Youth Department of Ural Federal University and Sverdlovsk regional Committee of the Russian union of youth is analysed. The conclusion about prospects and the main directions of further cooperation of higher education institutions and employers is drawn. Researches can be applied in practical activities by profile departments and non-profit organizations.
