Abstract
World outlooks explain the world in the present, the past, and predict it in the future. The world outlook of the state (of any organization), in contrast to the world view of one person, is otherwise called ideology. According to the ideological goal of the life of man and the state, a system of views is formed, science exists and develops, life is built in society, history is explained. Different people have different worldviews and different explanations of history. The key word in the worldview is the goal. In the world for the ideological purpose of life of different people, there are three worldviews, interpreting the past: religious, rational, local.
