ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ХАУСШЕРИНГА В СФЕРЕ ТУРИЗМА КАК МЕХАНИЗМ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

The work is devoted to the study of such a modern popular phenomenon as house sharing, by determining the ways of its effective law regulation, to protect the rights and interests of tourists. It has been established that the provision of a small fee or a service of temporary use of residential premises for those who come for the purpose of tourism (house sharing) become an increasingly common trend, in Russia and abroad, but it is also associated with risks of violation of interests and even the safety of tourists. It has been determined that the basis of security mechanism in this area is full information about the features of house sharing in different countries, while such data can be obtained through the exchange of information on house sharing practices between state authorities on the base of interstate cooperation mechanisms in tourism. The author determined, that for Russia, rapprochement on this issue with ASEAN will be most relevant taking into account the specifics of its external relations. The author comes to the conclusion that the domestic law regulation of house sharing in Russia through the adoption of a federal law defining the specifics of house sharing as a civil law transaction will protect the interests of tourists coming to Russia and promote a positive image of Russia abroad.
