Abstract

In the conditions of growing requirements to the quality of human capital and labour resources and the increasing parental labour precarity the relevance of analysis and regulation of parental labour as a phenomenon of precarity is reinforced. The article presents the results of the analysis and the possibility for reducing of parental labour precarity. The proposed methodology for the analysis of sings and the level of precarity of parental labour has been implemented. The methodology is based on the use of the index analysis It is shown that from 2010 to 2015 in Russia the tendency of growth of precarity of parental labour by types of labour process, subjects of labour, labour stages, labour functions and parts of labour process of parental labour was revealed. The most problematic aspects of parental labour are the labour processes of care for the object of labour and professionalization of the object of labour, the work of specialists in the sphere of social reproduction, the stage of professional training of the object of parental labour, the regulation function and the organizational and technical side of parental labour. A system of regulator for the precarity of parental labour has been created to improve the demographic situation and increase the efficiency of reproduction of human capital in contemporary Russia.
