The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the problems of innovation of students, which is to be considered as an intellectual resource and educational potential. It was revealed that intellectual activity is well structured and focused. List of components innovation is traditional in nature, whereas their informative fullness related to needs and opportunities to create new, innovative result.
