Abstract

In order to study the influence of technological factors on a nature of shaping and a risk of metal fracture of metal, problems of computer simulation of the continuous rolling process of tubes on a FQM mill were set and solved. The solution of the problems allowed us to estimate the influence character of an axes deviation of rolling of a continuous mill and an extracting mill in consequence of bad holdback of a mandrel with gabiety between stands on quality of a rough tube. The results of the study allowed us to formulate and propose technical solutions to minimize the formation probability of the defect «groove».
