РАЗРАБОТКА МЕТОДИКИ ОЦЕНКИ ТРУДОВОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ РАБОТНИКОВ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННО-ЧАСТНЫХ ПАРТНЕРСТВ

Within the framework of the article the authors developed methodology for assessing the work activity of employees of public-private partnerships on the basis of the conducted research and conclusions on the nature, principles and forms of public-private partnership, expressed in the long-term constructive interaction of the state and business. During the development of the methodology for assessing the work activity of employees of public-private partnerships, a tool was proposed to motivate employees to publish scientific results. In order to increase the effectiveness of the activities and management of PPP, an investment project for creation of a network electronic peer-reviewed periodical publication is developed.
