РАСШИРЕННАЯ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЯ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ УСТАНОВЛЕНИЯ ЦИРКУЛЯРНЫХ ПРИНЦИПОВ В СФЕРЕ ОБРАЩЕНИЯ С ТВЕРДЫМИ КОММУНАЛЬНЫМИ ОТХОДАМИ

The article deals with the current situation in Russia in the field of solid municipal waste management, the possibility of implementing this industry on a circular type, taking into account the economic efficiency of different parts of the resource cycle (on the example of waste paper). Based on the assessment of the degree of economic interest of functional units of the life cycle of the resource, an analysis of the effectiveness of extended producer responsibility and proposed steps to improve it was made. The study used a theoretical approach based on system structural analysis and economic modeling. Organizational and economic measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of waste disposal by improving the system of distribution of environmental collection.
