Abstract

Yeltsin, 620002, Yekaterinburg, Mira St., 19 In article the author opens essence of an innovative solvency of the enterprise and considers it as set of such evolutionary stages of development of innovative activity, as formation of innovative potential, innovative activity, in-novative sensitivity. For each stage in article the characteristic of the corresponding strategy of innovative development of the enterprises of defense industry complex is given. The author offers the tools and a technique allowing to identify strategy and to understand, at what stage of formation of an innovative solvency there is a defense industry complex of Sverdlovsk region. This methodical approach can serve as the tool defining the direction of development of innovative policy of defensive and industrial and knowledge-intensive business in general.
