Abstract
The management of the organization in modern conditions, the high importance of corporate cul ture, especially if we consider the corporate culture through the prism of the internal corporate governance mech anism. The article provided data characterizing the level of information transparency of Russian corporations, speaking about the current level, the problems and prospects of corporate governance in Russian companies.
