Abstract
To increase the technical and economic data in obtaining strip of resistance alloys according to alternative technology solved the following problems: stable supply of lubricant in the die holes, increasing their resistance, eliminate breakage, improved strips quality, dramatically reduced the probability of failure of hard-ally inserts. Problems are solved through the implementation of technical solutions protected by patents of the Russian Federation. Mastered industrial production of strips for electrical resistance furnace heating elements, fully meet the requirements of the standard.
