Abstract

The article discusses the system of personnel incentives in organizations, various methods of motivation that affect the organizational culture of the campaign, substantiates the relevance and importance of incentive methods for managing personnel in general, as well as the use of motivation to manage personnel flows and improve the status of a campaign in the market. As a result of the study, the author substantiates the feasibility of highlighting the motivation system when managing personnel in a campaign. Within the framework of the article, a general model of the personnel motivation system is proposed, the main goal of the system, its key elements, principles of implementation and use are determined.
