Abstract
In the present article we consider questions of a modern approach to training of students of an architectural and construction profile - one of leading specialties in modern society. Problems of vocational social and psychological training and use of innovative methods in training are considered. Need for development of a psychological course of lectures by means of which students of construction institute can explain specifics of their direct production professional activity is described here, in particular, as it is possible to be used, being the main, personal resource.
