СРАВНЕНИЕ СПЕЦИФИКИ ФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ КОЖИ СИБИРСКОЙ (RANA AMURENSIS BOULENGER, 1886) И ОСТРОМОРДОЙ ЛЯГУШЕК (RANA ARVALIS NILSSON, 1842)

Research of amphibian skin physiological parameters in Middle Urals using Ussing chamber system has not previously been conducted. Thus, the presented results are up-to-date and new. A comparative analysis of the certain parameters of the skin of the ventral and dorsal flap in R. arvalis and R. amurensis was performed, which allowed to establish the presence of significant differences in the values of the potential difference and the “short circuit current”. The highest values of the studied parameters, indicating the most energy intensive option potassium-sodium pumps, were observed in R. arvalis, which is likely, ensuring high ecological plasticity and euritopity of R. arvalis. The observed differences of skin parameters in moor and Siberian frogs are apparently related to the polymorphism of the former and the monomorphism of the latter species.
