The effect of aging and heating up to 730 °C on the structure, the mechanical properties and strain aging of 08Г2БФ steel have been studied. The steel was produced by the technology of controlled rolling with accelerated cooling. A high thermal stability of these characteristics concerning the relationships between dislocation densities and the density of fixing particles was determined.
