The article describes the structure of the global Internet discourse, consisting of a set of subdiscourses. Subdiscourses of the global net are presented as open and closed entities. The interrelation of subdiscourses reflects the virtuality of the Network and its manipulative potential. The structural features and interaction of subdiscourses of the Internet are described in this paper on the material of network media and their thematic transformation.
