For the purpose of creation of the thermal modes of creating identical temperature and time conditions on height of a layer of the agglomerated furnace charge after hashing, okomkovaniye of initial materials, their laying on a grid-iron lattice, an initial warming up of a layer under an incendiary horn, ignition of solid fuel of furnace charge in a layer of agglomerative furnace charge via the special gas-airdistributing device (GVRU) moves the poor air-gas mix of a certain structure consisting of natural gas and air with consumption coefficient air more than 3,5. Initial mix of gases, passing through a hot layer of agglomerate of the top horizon, it is warmed up up to the ignition temperature (450-600 °C) with formation of an active zone of burning of gaseous fuel at a temperature 1100-1150 °C extent the 40-60th. The warmth which is marked out at the same time provides additional heating of the top horizons of a layer up to the required temperature of agglomeration of burdening materials. Industrial tests of a technological design of GVRU by agglomerative AK-50 car showed that at the same time there is an alignment of oxidation-reduction conditions on its height and width, an exit of small fractions of agglomerate in drum test is reduced that promotes increase in productivity of an aglomashina for 30-35% on condition of providing a rational expense of a koksik at the level of 2,5-2,9%. Upon transition to use of the agglomerate received with use of the combined fuel there is a steady tendency to increase of capacity of the blast furnace on average for 10-14%, to decrease in a specific consumption of coke on production of cast iron by 8%.
