The article examines the feasibility to manage the lifecycle of a public service provided electronically (the Service), based on BPMS class. It represents the generalization results of the experience obtained by the RF subjects during the migration of the services to the electronic format in the form of a service lifecycle model. The article describes a BPMN process model of a standard service selected in accordance with the results of an analysis of service provision administrative procedures used by the Ministry of Social Policy of the Sverdlovsk region. The analysis of the BMPN standard applicability to form machine-readable models of administrative procedures and creation of the service prototype executable model has been conducted on the basis of a standard service. A conclusion has been made about the BPMS applicability to improve the service quality and the time reducing spent on the translating services process to electronic form.
