Abstract

The article substantiates the feasibility of using the principles of system engineering for the management of organizational and technical systems. The author analyzes various theoretical concepts and practical approaches to the development of system engineering in the context of ensuring the stability and flexibility of complex systems. It is shown that to solve this problem, it is critically important to use tools that promote the development of interdisciplinary competencies of individual specialists and groups that manage the development of complex systems and the implementation of large innovative projects. As part of the research, the author also considers the possibility of using the principles of fault-tolerant system design and the fundamental principles of flexible system engineering in the management of critical infrastructure objects.
