Abstract
In this article, the main directions of strategic development of the Berezovsky urban district of the Sverdlovsk region aimed at implementing the regional program for the development of urban districts until 2020,allowing to improve the quality of living standards of the population, apply new management methods, create socially significant facilities in the territory (residential, sports facilities), all this is possible due to the application ofmodern methods of managing private state partnership, attracting additional private investment. The use of the mechanism of public private partnership allows the state, in the absence of free budget funds, to attract privateinvestments that allow the implementation of large-scale and costly projects, and relatively small in terms of funding projects.
