Abstract

Within the framework of the previously proposed Electron-Conformational model of RyR-channels a numerical model of the stochastic dynamics of calcium release unit in heart cells was developed. It was shown that the isolated from the membrane «clock» a release unit in pacemaker cells can act as a self-sustaining oscillator with fluctuations of the frequency and amplitude of the Ca 2+ concentration oscillations.
