Abstract

Today, the global web covers almost all areas of the market - from large manufacturers to companies from small businesses and entrepreneurs. On average, every tenth ruble spent on advertising today goes to the promotion of the company on the network. Therefore, the question of how to use the World Wide Web to achieve competitive advantages is one of the most relevant for business today. The practical significance of the research results: the results of scientific research are reduced to specific conclusions and recommendations. The development of tools for promoting the services of a logistics company on the Internet is aimed at using the site of the enterprise as an integral part of communication of a potential consumer with an advertising message, as well as at creating and further using the community on social networks. Provisions, conclusions and recommendations regarding the prospects for the development of web resources, focused on target segments to improve the management of marketing communications, are practical.
