Description
The project is aimed at solving the problem of creating new organic fluorophores based on new derivatives of azoles and azines, studying the possibility of using them as materials for semiconductor lasers, LEDs, as well as in biology and medicine as biological tags and probes. The availability, high synthetic potential of hydrazones chosen as the starting compounds for the synthesis of targeted heterocycles, the prospects of their use in the preparation of various, including difficult-to-access compounds with interesting optical properties, makes it possible to carry out a purposeful study. As a result of the reactions of hydrazones containing additional amino groups (hydrazonoamidines and amidrazones) with carbonyl cyclizing agents (aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acid chlorides, series of isomeric triazoles, triazines and pyrimidines, as well as their condensed derivatives will be synthesized.) Convenient starting compounds for the synthesis of mono- and polycyclic pyrazoles are hydrazonoyl chlorides, which readily generate nitrilimines, which enter into the reaction of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with multiple bonds. The trial will provide the assortment of new heterocyclic compounds necessary for research, moreover, the proposed methods will allow the introduction into their molecules of various substituents and functional fragments, aromatic and saturated heterocycles, and a study of the fluorescent properties of the obtained substances in various solvents and various aggregate states is carried out. By using modern calculating apparatus of quantum chemistry, it will be possible to determine promising directions to obtain effective materials for molecular photonics.
