For many countries the need for specialists with engineering education is the most urgent. It is conditioned by rapid rates of economic growth on the base of strengthening world competition in the sphere of technical developments and creation of new machines and mechanisms. The article analyzes the problems which complicate engineers ’ training in the interest of industry and state. It is shown that the absence of constant interaction between universities and industry doesn’t allow providing professional training which corresponds to requirements of the modern industry. As a consequence, the young specialists ’ thoughts about labor, wages and work conditions can differ from real ones. The empiric analysis conducted in 2016 shows that about 23% of technical students consider their educational programs correspond their skills and gifts. But after graduation about 67 % of students will try to find jobs according to their educational programs. It is proved that the system of early exposing of gifts to this or that profession at school doesn’t work. The problem is getting worse because of absence of constant link between educational organizations with exact enterprises concerning training engineers from first years. It is necessary to create a new system for schoolchildren ’s training to reasonable choice of future professions and qualitative reorganization of future employers and universities.
