Resumen
It is proposed to analyse a generalized dynamic model of spatial hinge transmission, which is used support devices in different mining processes: to eliminate sticking in boreholes, for repair and installation work on various types of pipes, cleaning screens of mixers and settlers at the coal-preparation plants. The presented model is described by a system of non-linear differential equations, developed on the basis of the d''Alembert''s principle. The system of equations is solved using a specially designed computer program with the direct use of the Runge-Kutta method. The evaluation of the impact on the dynamics of the drive line disturbances of vibro-impact technology mechanism is performed. It is shown that by taking into account the parameters of the mechanism and the system as a whole (stiffness, inertial masses, angular velocity) it is possible to choose rational modes and dimensions of these devices in terms of efficiency of the running process.
