Resumen
The article studies the problem of institutional trust in the fi eld of higher education. The novelty of the authors’ fi ndings is the typology of the university academic lecturers based on the level of their trust in institutional norms and values of higher education system. This typology underlies several conclusions about key management strategies, which streamline the interaction between educational managers and teachers’ community.
