One of the pressing problems of business development in the Russian regions is the restriction of the possibilities of selling finished products, goods and services. Also, the problem of finding a reliable supplier is clearly pronounced. To solve them, the concept of a universal electronic B2B platform operating in a networked market environment and containing elements of self-regulation is proposed. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian B2B sites, classic SWOT-analysis and characteristics of accompanying risks, the site-platform for B2B trade functionality was developed, and the indicators of the project's economic efficiency were calculated. It is shown that the platform under consideration can be put into operation 6-8 months after the start of the business plan implementation.
