Resumen
The second part of the study of school bullying is described, which is based on a socio-psychological survey conducted by the authors (see the first part in № 3 of the journal “Voprosy Psikhologii” for 2022).The main purpose of this part is to replenish scientific knowledge about the frequency of bullying that has moved from schools to the Internet, and about the frequency of cyberbullying in general. If earlier harassment took place only in the “living” space, today the “pursuer” is given the opportunity to overtake the “victim” in the virtual world. The Internet has given people new tools to interact with each other and has led to changes in the structure of communication. The materials of the study obtained on a sample of students of schools and institutions of secondary vocational education in the Sverdlovsk region (N = 1762) are presented. The results obtained demonstrate that 20,4 % of respondents became “victims” of cyberbullying (especially ignoring), transferred from the school environment, at least once in their lives, while 4,7 % of respondents initiated harassment of their classmates on the Internet, and 6, % joined the already organized harassment of their classmates on the Internet. 10 % of respondents became “victims” of cyberbullying as such, unrelated to the school environment, at least once in their lives, while 7,1 % of respondents initiated harassment on the Internet, 4,4 % joined the already organized harassment, and 13,7 % became “witnesses”. At the same time, cyberbullying is often initiated for fun. This is true both for the “bullies” and for those who join for the company. And the main coping strategy for “victims” and “witnesses” is still silence, as in the case of “off-line” harassment.
