КОНЦЕПЦИЯ ДОЛГОСРОЧНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ НА ПЕРИОД ДО 2020 ГОДА: ОСОБЕННОСТИ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ: монография

The monograph is devoted to the study of the results of the implementation of the "Concept - 2020" for the ten years that have passed since its approval by order of the Government of the Russian Federation in November 2008. At one time, this document under the popular name “Putin's plan” was widely covered in the media, but subsequently the materials on the status of implementation of this strategic plan were not published in the press. Therefore, the authors of the monograph made an attempt to fill this gap and assess the compliance of the actual state of development of the Russian economy with the tasks declared in the "Concept - 2020". It turned out that for most of the parameters the plan was not implemented. I had to try to find out the reasons for the cardinal discrepancy between the planned and actual state of affairs.
