Resumen
A significant obstacle to modern trends in the humanization of the educational process in higher education, the transition from subject-object to subject-subject relations in the system of pedagogical interaction is the effect of the phenomenon of manipulation between students and teachers. The article discusses the principle of interaction between teachers and students. This principle is based on manipulation. Manipulations and their varieties are the strongest mechanism of psychological influence. Manipulations are designed to extract profitable combinations throughout people's lives. The article reveals a number of manipulation techniques, which are given detailed characteristics and examples. Examining the examples of protection against manipulative actions given in this study as teachers, it is worth noting that the ability to manipulate is equally present within the walls of universities with the ability to deal with it. Sometimes, assuming that one of the parties (teachers or students) is being manipulated, one can succumb to one of the tricks. This is quite appropriate when the damage from manipulation is less than from the deterioration of relations with the manipulator. Manipulation complicates the process of interaction between students and teachers in each university. However, in the end, manipulation is a part of every person that is with us throughout life, no matter in what environment it may be. Each teacher and student should find their own way to protect against this phenomenon.
