Resumen

The purpose of the article is to identify the factors contributing to the speedy adaptation of graduates to the production process. The following problems were solved in the research: the experience of implementing project training in the education system of Russia and Germany was analyzed; the effectiveness of the practice-oriented methods in the educational process is shown on the example of the training of designers in Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin. The hypothesis is that the use of the project-based learning methods is an effective means of bringing domestic education closer to production. The author used theoretical and empirical research methods: generalization, analysis, synthesis, comparison, observation, expert survey. The study showed that the modern model of the implementation of the project method involves strengthening the pragmatic focus at all levels of education and preparing graduates for optimal entry into the production process.
