Resumen

The dynamics of spatial gimbal transmission is considered. Similar types of transmissions have wide range of applications, especially in mining: repair and mounting works at different pipelines; jamming eliminations in boreholes; jiggers, mixers and separating tanks cleaning at dressing plants etc. The influence of perturbations by vibration and impacts of technological equipment is studied. The mathematical model of joint system is developed and calculations are performed. The reliability parameter (the dynamic factor) is introduced in order to evaluate the work of the system. The dynamic factor depends on technological equipment parameters and transmission parameters: inertial masses, stiffness, angular speed, etc. Resonance frequencies may be determined using the dynamic factor. Thus, it is possible to select rational operating modes of similar devices in order to improve work process and reliability of these devices.
