Resumen

In this work all necessary stages of experimental design for non-relativistic electromagnetic scattering by a rotating axisymmetric target are describes. It is proposed to use the antennas method in free space. Considered and explained the necessary polarization of antennas in the case of rotor radiation isolation. Describes the associated parasitic effects in dynamic system and possible way to avoid them. The main requirement for the problem is a possibility of realization of the experiment at the laboratory conditions. It touches the achievable angular velocities, antennas parameters and permittivity of the target material at microwave diapason. The main optimization factor is a receiver decision threshold, that determines by resolution ability of measurer. Multi-factor optimization initializing for nonlinear objective function with taking into account a real associated conditions and numerical values of objective function variables. Optimization procedure given by flow chart in terms of general algorithm, that also connected with distribute CAD calculation for experiment condition clarification. Specific recommendations are given for measuring equipment characteristics, antennas and electric motor parameters. Optimization algorithm can also be used for some other small electrodynamics effects detecting. Presented data touches also the moving media propagation and propagation in the presence of gravity field.
