The paper presents a composite practical model describes the functioning of interdependent systems of critical infrastructures, each of which is represented in the form of a transport services network comprised of nodes and directed edges. Nodes typically represent physical infrastructure components (the so-called assets), which are directly involved in supplying the population and different industries in the different products or commodities.
